Precision stamping – from individual parts to high-volume production
We manufacture stamped parts as well as bent and embossed metal components, and occasionally plastic parts – from individual pieces and small batches to high-volume production runs of several million parts.
Our focus is on small and medium-sized precision components. Production is carried out both with tools from our own toolmaking department(opens in new tab) and with existing customer tools. Depending on the component and quantity, production is automated from coil, strip or sheet blanks, or carried out using manually loaded tools.
If required, we can handle the entire manufacturing process through to the ready-to-install part – including post-processing, cleaning, assembly, quality inspection and customer-specific packaging.

Series production from coil, strip or sheet blanks
Depending on the component, quantity and starting material, we manufacture from coil, strip or sheet blanks. For medium and high-volume production, parts are produced automatically from coil wherever possible.
Cutting, bending and embossing operations can be combined in a progressive die. For suitable components, additional operations such as thread forming directly in the tool are also possible.
For automated coil-fed production, we process strip material up to 250 mm wide and – depending on the material and component geometry – up to approximately 2.5 mm thick.
Quality assurance in series production
We inspect the relevant quality characteristics of our stamped parts during series production in accordance with the agreed requirements. For this purpose, we use optical and tactile measuring systems as well as conventional hand measuring instruments. Measurement results can be documented and provided in the form of inspection reports.
The manufacturing process itself is also monitored. Depending on the tool and application, parameters such as feed, part ejection, double-sheet detection, end-of-strip and stamping force are monitored.
The scope and documentation of quality assurance depend on the component, production volume and customer requirements.

Flexible production and manual loading operations
Not every component or production volume requires fully automated coil-fed production. Depending on the application, we also process strips and sheet blanks or manufacture parts using manually loaded tools.
This allows individual parts, small series and special production tasks to be manufactured economically. For manually loaded operations, the production process may also include additional steps such as riveting or the insertion of press-fit nuts, in addition to stamping and bending operations.
Materials
We process a wide range of metallic materials and, for certain applications, also plastics. One of our particular strengths is the processing of copper and brass, especially for applications in electrical engineering.
Depending on the material, sheet thickness and component geometry, we adapt the tooling and manufacturing process to the specific requirements.

Post-processing and customer-specific packaging
On request, we can carry out additional processing, cleaning and assembly operations(opens in new tab) after stamping. Depending on the component, this allows us to supply not only the stamped part itself, but a fully processed or assembled component.
We also tailor the packaging to the component and the customer’s process. Options range from simple disposable packaging and bulk packaging to layered packaging, customer-specific special packaging or reusable containers. If required, we can also provide our own RAKO reusable boxes for ongoing parts circulation.
Reliable supply for your series production
Our customers particularly value our proactive planning and high level of delivery reliability. We plan material requirements, production batches and delivery dates well in advance and align them with actual demand.
For regularly required stamped parts, we can hold safety stock, provide defined call-off quantities and implement individual supply concepts such as Kanban, consignment stock or direct deliveries to production.
Packaging units, batch sizes and stock levels are tailored to the respective requirements. This ensures reliable supply and short response times without requiring customers to maintain unnecessarily large inventories of their own.
