From stamped part to ready-to-install product
Our post-processing services can extend far beyond the stamped or machined raw part: we deliver the finished, inspected product. Many post-processing steps are carried out directly in-house. For additional processes, we work with long-standing Swiss partner companies.
This gives you a single point of contact for the entire process chain – from manufacturing and post-processing through surface treatment to assembly and packaging.

You order the finished part – we take care of the necessary intermediate steps.
We also coordinate external processing, purchased components and final inspection.

In-house post-processing
Depending on the component and requirements, we carry out a wide range of additional processing steps in-house:
- Vibratory finishing / tumbling
- Manual deburring and grinding
- Aqueous parts cleaning
- Vacuum cleaning with solvent and ultrasound
- Thread cutting and thread forming
- Drilling, reaming and countersinking
- Assembly, press-fitting and riveting
We machine internal threads from approximately M1.5 to M20, from individual parts through to series production. Automated processes are also available for larger quantities.
Our cleaning capabilities range from conventional aqueous cleaning to a modern HEMO vacuum cleaning system using solvent and ultrasound. Depending on the component, this allows both small quantities and large series to be cleaned economically.
Post-processing and surface treatment through partner companies
For specialised processes, we work with long-standing partner companies in Switzerland. We coordinate the processing and inspect the parts again in-house once they are returned.
Depending on customer requirements, we can arrange processes including:
Zinc plating, nickel plating, tin plating, silver plating, gold plating, Optalloy, anodising, chrome plating, black oxide treatment, passivation and pickling, Delta-Tone coatings, hardening, nitriding and ball polishing.
Welding work can also be arranged through our partner companies if required.
Assembly and complete units
We also handle the assembly and completion of components. Parts can, for example, be riveted, press-fitted or screwed together and supplemented with additional components.
If required, we can also procure purchased parts such as screws or turned components. For recurring work, we can design and manufacture suitable assembly, machining or inspection fixtures in our own toolmaking department.
Final inspections and packaging tailored to the subsequent process can also form part of the scope of supply.
On request, we also provide these services for customer-supplied parts from industrial and commercial customers.
